Sheriff Mike Carona Speaks Out: On Leave of Absence (Internet video 3 min)

Orange County, CA. (Nov. 9, 2007) Mike Carona , the embattled Sheriff reveals why he will not resign from office and the circumstances that brought about his decision to take a sixty day a leave of absence in a two-part Full Disclosure Network® program. The interview, conducted by Leslie Dutton, took place in the Sheriff’s office on November 8, 2007, just two days following his arraignment in Federal Court. Carona discussed the pressures and forces at play that impacted his decisions.

Although defendants involved in Federal prosecutions are normally advised, not to make public statements, Carona explained why he was willing to talk to Full Disclosure Network®.
